This position is responsible for Performance Management of PAN India Voice & Data core elements covering technologies like 2G/3G/4G, VoLTE, VOIP etc supplied by various suppliers like CISCO, Nokia, Ericsson, Oracle etc. It is required to bring continuous improvement in performance KPIs for Voice, Data, Enterprise solutions & Roaming services by deep investigation and implementing innovative solutions.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Enabling performance reports and real time alerts to proactive monitor the Performance KPIs
Tracking key Performance KPI & timely action on resolution
Monitoring Core node capacity utilization and triggering concerned teams for action plans to negate the risk.
Analysis major/bulk customer experience related issues on MO, MT, SMS, Data speed & browsing, Roaming etc and taking corrective actions
Standardization and implementation of learnings observed during quality issue analysis.
Co working with cross functional teams to deliver Core quality projects
Audit of network parameters those supporting quality parameter improvements
Working on regulatory requirements related to customer experience requirements.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Sound experience in Performance management & operations and leading team size above 4-5. Good understanding on all technology domains and its performance measurements.
Sound knowledge of performance KPIs, traffic engineering and routing concepts.
Brilliant analytical skills while troubleshooting performance issues on protocols like SIP, ISUP, SIGTRAN etc along with knowledge of Switching equipments.
Good team building and organizing skills
Excellent communication skills to deal with cross functional teams & partners
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
Candidate should have at least work experience of 10-12 years with education qualification in B.E/B.Tech
