Admin & Logistic Executive Full Time

Description

We are seeking Admin & Logistics administrator for India Quality Team. You will be responsible for inventory and Logistics management of the products specific to Quality Team.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities Will Comprise
Plan warehouses visit to bring materials as and when planned
Oversees inventory management, sending devices/components to HQ
Serves as primary point of contact for sample collection process
Establishes and maintains hard and soft copy of outbound and inbound data in record keeping systems and Maintains accurate documentation of the devices received/sent to warehouse
Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
Single point of contact for Mobile, TV, Ecosystem and Laptop product quality inventory
Getting beta devices from HQ and helping with the required certificate and documentation process
Handle all inbound mobile shipment meant for Factories across India
Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways
Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
Supervise orders and arrange stock/equipment needed for lab
Sharing monthly reports
Undertake Inventory audit as and when required
Able to do multitasking
Qualifications

The ideal candidate has good experience in Admin and Logistics. We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:
Attention to detail, Strong time management skills, Communication skills, Ability to work well with HQ Chinese counterparts
Works well with deadlines
Ability to contribute individually to greater goal, planning skills, Understanding of transportation issues
Basic Knowledge of logistics systems, Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations
Experience working in logistics domain preferred.
